Refund Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Overview

TrustPath Audit provides customized human website audit services performed by independent human auditors. Because our services involve manual reviewer allocation, research coordination, and personalized analysis, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

By purchasing a TrustPath Audit service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Before Work Begins

Customers may request a full refund if the request is submitted before:

  • auditors have been assigned,
  • project coordination has started,
  • or the audit process has begun.

Once work has officially started, refunds may no longer be available.

After Work Has Started

Because TrustPath Audit services involve human labor, reviewer coordination, and customized research, refunds are generally not available once auditors have been assigned or audit work has commenced.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • accidental duplicate orders,
  • technical payment issues,
  • inability to begin the project,
  • or exceptional circumstances.

Partial refunds may be considered depending on how much work has already been completed.

Completed Reports

Once a final report has been delivered, the service is considered completed and non-refundable.

TrustPath Audit provides human observations, behavioral feedback, and independent user experiences. Because these findings are subjective human reactions rather than guaranteed business outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific conversion improvements, revenue increases, or business results.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times depend on:

  • the number of auditors selected,
  • language requirements,
  • website size,
  • and project complexity.

Standard audit packages are typically delivered within 10–14 days, although some projects may be completed sooner.

Custom or multilingual audits may require additional time. If delays occur, we will communicate updated timelines whenever reasonably possible.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact TrustPath Audit directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

We are committed to resolving reasonable concerns professionally and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks involving completed or substantially completed work may be disputed with supporting documentation, project records, and communication history.
