Audit findings represent subjective human experiences and opinions rather than objective guarantees.
No Guarantee of Business Results
While our audits are designed to provide useful insights, TrustPath Audit does not guarantee:
- increased conversions,
- increased revenue,
- improved rankings,
- business growth,
- or specific performance outcomes.
The effectiveness of any recommendations depends on many factors outside our control.
Auditor Independence
TrustPath Audit auditors work independently and are not instructed on what specific problems to identify.
This independent structure is intended to encourage more natural and unbiased human reactions during the audit process.
Auditor opinions may differ from one another.
Intellectual Property
All reports, summaries, findings, recommendations, graphics, and written materials provided by TrustPath Audit remain the intellectual property of TrustPath Audit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may use delivered reports internally for business purposes.
Customers may not:
- resell reports,
- publicly redistribute reports,
- modify reports for deceptive purposes,
- or falsely represent TrustPath Audit findings.
Website & Content Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to request audits for submitted websites.
TrustPath Audit reserves the right to refuse projects involving:
- illegal activities,
- fraudulent services,
- malicious software,
- adult content,
- hate content,
- or activities we reasonably consider harmful or unethical.
Limitation of Liability
TrustPath Audit shall not be held liable for:
- indirect damages,
- lost profits,
- lost business opportunities,
- data loss,
- or decisions made based on audit findings.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific audit service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
